Please note ADs, that even if you are not attending the state conference in September, you are filling out this information for AIAAA/NIAAA membership and that data is required of every AD.

LOGGING INTO YOUR AIAAA AMP ACCOUNT
Click LOGIN under the ‘Member’ icon and enter your email address
Enter your AIAAA AMP account password. Click FORGOT PASSWORD if you do not remember your AIAAA AMP account password.
Follow the prompts to change your password. You can always email AIAAA SUPPORT for Help, support@finalforms-amp.com
Make sure to make your hotel reservations early. Remember that if you are unable to attend after you register, you must go into your AMP account and cancel or you will be charged the registration fee. The last day to cancel is August 31, 2024. Hotel information is on the registration form for the 2024 AIAAA State Conference.

FOR EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS:
Log in to the AIAAA AMP site: https://aiaaa.finalforms-amp.com/
Click on the "VENDOR" icon
Enter the email address for the Primary Representative from your company on the account
Enter your password for your AIAAA AMP Vendor account (If you have not entered one yet, you will be prompted to do it at this time. If you forgot your password, please click on the “FORGOT PASSWORD” button)
Once you are into your account, locate the "REGISTER" button on your account page
Complete the two event registration forms for the AIAAA ANNUAL CONFERENCE completely so we have all the correct information
Type your name in the signature fields and submit the forms
You will be taken to the checkout page where you can pay online by credit card.
