EXHIBIT APPLICATION AND CONTRACT
ARIZONA INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS
ADMINISTRATORS' ASSOCIATION

September 10 - 12, 2006
Prescott Resort - Prescott, Arizona

These rules and regulations are understood to be a part of
the exhibitor's contract.

  1. Applications for and assignment of space: Complete the application and  return as indicated. The Exhibit Chairman, keeping in mind the best interests of the exhibitors, will assign tables.  DO NOT PICK YOUR SPOT!

  2. Exhibit fees: To be paid in full with application. No refunds for cancellation made after September 1, 2006.

  3. Installing, opening, and closing exhibits: Exhibits should be set up on Sunday, September 10 from 1:30 - 5:00 p.m. No booth may be dismantled before 2:15 p.m., September 11.  September 12 all exhibit materials shall be completely removed from exhibit area.

  4. Hotel reservations: All accredited exhibitors may register at the Conference headquarters by making their own reservations with the Prescott Resort.

  5. Booths: Price includes a table and seating chairs. The table will be draped.

  6. Registration: Exhibitors will pay a $300.00 exhibit fee (this includes the Sunday night networking reception).  Identification badges and/or distinctive colored ribbons will be furnished to be worn while on duty during the conference.

  7. Condition of exhibit area: Installing Exhibits - nothing shall be pasted on, tacked, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors or other parts of the building or furniture.

  8. Subletting Space: No exhibitor may assign, sublet or apportion any part of the whole of the space allotted or exhibit therein any goods not manufactured or sold by him in the regular course of business.

  9. Canvassing and advertising: Canvassing or distributing and/or displaying any advertising matter outside the exhibitor's own space will not be permitted. Exhibitors will be permitted to give out samples, circulars, catalogs or any other advertising in their booths only. Direct sales are authorized.

  10. Character of exhibits: Subject to approval of the Exhibit Chairman. Right is reserved to refuse applications of firms not meeting standards required or expected, as well as the right to curtail exhibits that reflect against the character of the conference. This applies to displays, literature, advertising novelties, souvenirs, conduct of person, etc.

  11. Care of exhibit booths: Each exhibitor is asked to tidy his own booth before closing hour daily. Janitor service will be provided to remove rubbish and keep the exhibit area in orderly condition.

  12. Sound apparatus: All sound apparatus must be regulated to a point where it will not disturb other exhibitors.

  13. Liability: It is agreed that exhibitors shall assume all responsibility for damages to exhibit hall and shall indemnify and exempt the AIAAA, its officers and staff, the hotel management from all personal and property loss of liability which may ensure for any cause. The exhibitor expressly waives all claims for any loss, damage or injury. The exhibit area will either be locked or a watchman placed on duty when the area is not open to the public. 

    If exhibit space is not available for the uses herein due to any causes  beyond the control of the sponsoring associates, this agreement shall immediately terminate and the exhibitor shall and does hereby waive any claim to damages or any other recovery therefore except the return of the amount paid for space rental less the pro rata share allocable to the space of actual expenses incurred by the sponsoring association in connection with the exhibit.

  14. Contract: These rules and regulations together with the application constitute the entire agreement.
