Below are the forms you need to nominate an athletic director or athletic administrator for recognition at our Annual AIAAA State Conference. Please be sure to read the qualifications and the timelines for submitting nominations.

Things to Remember When Nominating Someone for Awards:
Please make sure they meet the criteria for the award.
All nominees must submit a current resume and email a Jpeg format professional headshot picture to: arizona.aiaaa@gmail.com. Please label the picture email with nominees name and the award they are being nominated for.
The Athletic Directors of the Year are decided upon by the respective conferences. The AIAAA Awards Chair will forward the nominations on to the appropriate conference president.
All other awards are decided on by the AIAAA Board of Directors.
All applications must be type written.
Please make yourself familiar with all deadlines for each award. Failure to meet deadlines may result in disqualification.
